What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 1:00 PM with smart lock access for a smooth arrival. Check-out is at 11:00 AM to maintain our high cleaning standards for every guest.
Is smoking allowed?
No. All rooms and apartments are 100% smoke-free to ensure fresh and clean air for every guest.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted to maintain a clean and allergy-free environment.
How many guests are allowed in the apartment?
Yes, a maximum of five (5) guests are allowed at a time for comfort and security within the building.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival are charged 50% of the booking amount. Cancellations within 7 days are charged 100%.
